products on the market, this technology operates at low temperatures and for a prolonged duration, allowing the BDDE cross-linking agent to distribute uniformly and in extremely reduced quantities (less than 30% compared to the industry average).
The process is completed with intercalation, an exclusive production phase conducted in the absence of oxygen. This technique involves alternating layers of cross-linked hyaluronic acid with layers of linear sodium hyaluronate. The resulting gel forms micro-aggregates in which the linear fraction is protected from enzymatic degradation, allowing for a gradual release over time for prolonged biological action (viscoinduction).
