When to Choose Bioregen

Ideal for those wishing to prevent skin ageing by improving tone, firmness, and skin texture. Bioregen stimulates regenerative processes thanks to its five hyaluronic acid fractions, distributing itself across various tissue layers. It is indicated for the face, neck, décolleté, and hands, adapting to both young and mature skin. The product is sterile, absorbable, safe, and well-tolerated. Perfect for anti-ageing protocols, it offers a natural, progressive, and visible effect over time.

3-LEVEL TECHNIQUE: DERMIS, FAT & MUSCLES

For a natural & unaltered facial expression

The facial aging process does not only involve the dermo-epidermal layer but also the adipose and muscular tissues, which undergo profound transformations over time. This involution process inevitably leads to loss of skin elasticity, volume reduction and the formation of wrinkles.

DERMIS

The dermis is mainly composed of the extracellular matrix (collagen, elastin, GAGs) and fibroblasts. These structures undergo significant changes during the intrinsic and extrinsic aging processes. With increasing age the number of senescent (smaller and shorter) fibroblasts rises, and the total quantity of collagen, which is fragmented, is reduced. The amount of elastic fibres, which accumulate abnormally in photo-aged skin, decreases. The reduction in the levels of functional dermal components results in the onset of clinical signs of aging, such as wrinkles of varying depth and reduced elasticity.

FAT

Adipose tissue, fundamental for maintaining volumes and youthful contours, is also decreases over time. This loss of fat generally occurs in well-defined areas, such as the malar and cheek compartments, causing on the one hand a hollow appearance with the loss of fullness typically associated with a young face, while on the other it contributes to the sagging of the tissues in the nasolabial and mandibular areas with consequent loss of facial contours.

MUSCLES

Similarly to skeletal muscles, the face’s muscle structure undergoes an aging process. Muscle aging is associated with chronic inflammation, muscle weakness, and reduced ability of muscle stem cells to repair damage. The loss of volume and tone, with consequent weakness of the mimetic muscles of the middle third of the face in particular, essential for natural expression, contributes to sagging of facial features and loss of contours.

Changes in the dermis during aging

Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying skin aging is essential to optimise anti-aging treatments.

EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX
The extracellular matrix is primarily composed of collagen, elastin, fibronectin, and proteoglycans.

YOUNG FIBROBLASTS
Fibroblasts are responsible for collagen organization and maintain the integrity of the ECM.

Bioregen | Multifractional Bio-inductive Injectable Device

SENESCENT FIBROBLASTS
The aging process causes:

  • The accumulation of SENESCENT FIBROBLASTS, which are smaller and shorter, in the dermis.
  • A decrease in the amount of proteoglycans and collagen, which is fragmented.
  • Gradual ECM degradation and dysfunction.

Multifractional Bioinduction

3 actions – 5 molecular fractions

Bioregen is a medical device supplied as an injectable, sterile and resorbable gel, based on ultrapure and biocompatible Hyaluronic Acid of non-animal origin, obtained via bacterial fermentation. It acts at various levels thanks to its innovative formula based on Hyaluronic Acid with 5 different molecular weights, developed through the fragmentation process.

Fragmentation process
Heat+ultrasound

How are the various molecular weights obtained?
The fragmentation process makes it possible to obtain different molecular weight fractions, each with a targeted action. The process is carried out by using heat and ultrasound under specific conditions in a highly alkaline environment, starting from a fraction of 1 M Dalton.

Specific molecular weight fragments are obtained under extreme pH conditions

2 protocols Bioregen

A

Base protocol – 1 level
DERMIS

Treatment dedicated to improving the dermo-epidermal superficial structure of the skin. Bioregen provides optimal hydration, it also activates cell receptors, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, essential for a healthy skin, which will appear more elastic and firmer.

B

Advanced protocol – 3 levels
DERMIS – FAT – MUSCOLES

The advanced Bioregen protocol acts on 3 levels: dermis, fat and muscles. With this advanced treatment it is possible to achieve a regenerative and anti-aging effect in various facial tissues which are subject to a slow and progressive aging process over the years. In addition to improving the dermo-epidermal structure, the hypotrophic adipose compartments are regenerated and the target muscles are toned.

Therapeutic Rationale

Through Multifractional Bio-Induction, a therapeutic action is carried out aimed primarily at improving the most superficial structure of the dermo-epidermal skin. Facial aging does not only affect the dermis but also the adipose and muscular structures. The 3-LEVEL technique focuses on a broader therapeutic action aimed not only at improving the dermo-epidermal structure but also extends to some adipose compartments and certain target muscles.

3-Level technique with needle and cannula

Precise and multilayer approach to facial treatment, injecting the gel at three distinct depths: dermis, subcutaneous fat and near the elevator muscles.
