At the core of AUTENTICA is PHYSIOLOGIC TECH, an exclusive technology that works in perfect synergy with the skin’s physiological mechanisms. Thanks to the use of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (800–1200 KDalton) and a carefully controlled process at every stage, we achieve a stable three dimensional structure free of chemical cross-linkers.

Instead of chemically modifying the molecule, this technology acts mainly on a biophysical level: by precisely controlling pH, temperature,
concentration and oxygen, it induces the formation of stable and ordered hydrogen bonds between HA molecules.
This creates a compact and resilient three dimensional network highly stable within tissues, bioactive and free from cross-linking agents.

PHYSIOLOGIC TECH allows hyaluronic acid to self- organise into a compact structure, thanks to:
- Slightly acidic pH (5–6) → improves protonation and strengthens hydrogen bonds
- Low temperatures (4–10 °C) → prevent degradation and enhance molecular cohesion
- Absence of oxygen → prevents oxidative attack by ROS
- High concentration and high molecular weight → promotes ordered HA aggregation
- Greater molecular density and organisation with Na+ ions→ Stable and functional conformation.

Compact hyaluronic acid is less exposed to enzymatic attack, more resistant to resorption, and it maintains stable viscoelasticity over time. Viscosity studies show greater molecular density and organisation with gradual Na+ addition, confirming the compact and functional conformation achieved. Bio restructuring and improvement of tone and texture
A total of 22 patients aged 28–69 years were evaluated. They were treated with AUTENTICA 3.2%, a highly concentrated, non cross-linked hyaluronic acid, in 44 zygomatic areas. The protocol included ultrasound examinations at three time points: T0 (before the first administration), T1 (at 30 days with the second administration), and T2 (at 60 days, for follow-up) to monitor the evolution of the tissue response. Each ultrasound was performed before administration.
AVERAGE INCREASE IN ADIPOSE TISSUE THICKNESS POST-TREATMENT
T1: +1 mm compared with baseline (T0).
T2: slight settling to +0.6 mm, compared a T0.
A significant increase in adipose tissue thickness is observed after the first session (+1 mm). At 60 days, the result stabilises, maintaining a positive gain compared with baseline.
PERCENTAGE VARIATION IN SKIN THICKNESS POST-TREATMENT
T1: +18% compared with baseline.
T2: settling to +9,5%, but still above baseline.
Skin thickness increases by 18% after 30 days. At 60 days, it stabilises, maintaining a positive gain compared with baseline.
